Our story begins over 60 years ago in a little deli in Istanbul, Turkey. Since then, our family has specialized in creating, importing and distributing gourmet foods. Four generations of perfecting recipes, qualifying taste, exploring regional spices, flavors and specialities, has lead to our founding principal; flavors without borders. At the heart of our kitchen is passion. We care about what you eat and uphold the highest standards of culinary integrity and excellence.

Meet Tais, my mother.

Tais was involved in the family business from a very young age. A gusty woman who was fearless, irreverent and an excellent cook. Growing up our tables were filled with her magnificent creations and her dishes are interpreted today because they’re too good not share.
