Three generations of perfecting recipe’s is just one of the things that sets this family-owned specialty food business apart. It began over 30 years ago, importing confectionery and Italian goods which then evolved to handmade ready to eat Italian, American and Middle Eastern dishes. We don’t believe in assembly line operations – we have a small execution to ensure the freshest ingredients are crafted to perfection.
Located in Southern California, our state-of-the-art facility is home to our esteemed chefs, that create specially tailored, hand-made dishes for high-end supermarkets and resorts. We select the highest quality ingredients to ensure our products are far superior than the rest.

Mezzes are small appetizer or “mini-dishes”, intended to be shared and unite people, from a dinner table to a banquet hall. Dishes can range in size and preparation from olives to Dolmas or Tabouli salad.
Mezzes are typically served before dinner and the spread will cover the entire table with a vast selection of appetizers for a group to enjoy together.
